One of the Worth Company in India. Salary deduction, no leave policy, no work no payment, poor portfolio, no work life balance, work for 40 days but salary given only 30 days, original certificate mortgage for job security, no local or public holidays, August 15 and January 26 also office open and Employee work here on above mentioned days, poor customer service.

Salary deduction of employees Deduction of expenses. No communication channels No proper hierarchy in the organisation. No HR policy available. No proper working culture. Customer service is very poor, No transparancy in loan disbursed to customers.

It is an excellent experience to meet different people, in daily basis &talk to them in a fabulous manners, if someone refuse to put his /her file but they give suddenly another leads, that would be great helpful to me .And I gain here a lots off business ideas, like how to learn a new sales pitch.

...commit to give some extra money as for my work but end of the month they denied. Every month they deduct the amount from my salary actually this is not happening with me only but with every employees. So all employees are quite disappointed. Overall it's okay.

Worst company i'd ever worked with I worked here for almost 2 years, there is no salary bar,no working environment, no procedure of work,very low promotions, no qualified staff. Most of superiors are dumb as hell and those who were skilled and qualified they either got fired or they left the job because of the politics of that company even the chairman of this company is so girl addict that his most of the employees are girls and he hired them only because they are beautiful but internally those girls are dumb as hell... Literally of you are well qualified then don't go for this,it will more better to sit unemployed rather working in this company.....Don't go for it.they don't even give you the NOC or experience letter for your work if you try to left..
