The scenic view of the University and the fresh air makes me feel fresh all the time. I am able to schedule my daily routine activities. 5 working days are like a relaxant to me and enables me to visit my home often on weekends. During lockdown unnecessary movement inside and outside the campus is restricted which is the need of hour to restrict COVID-19 outbreak.

Dislikes

Career growth is equivalent to nil. Policies of university are in ambiguity and not farsighted.

As a research Scholar, University provide timely assistant ship to all illegible scholars. It provide and ultimate environment for study and Research

Dislikes

Because i am studying and doing research here. so its good for me. Lab are well equipped.

Likes

Overall Environment is good. However, My multidisciplinary corporate and academic experience were quite helpful to take strategic decisions and maintain the continuity in the journey of Excellence. My collaborative approach in leading the people rather managing them was able to generate result and achieve the target that I kept in view before I took over.

Dislikes

It is definitely a good place to work. Somebody can enjoy working at SMVDU provided he/she wants to be part of the executive team having no fixed time but ready to work hard as per the need of the University. Every situation is unique.

Everyday I learn how to handle students of different behaviour and attitude . I had alot of experience how to understand them how to help in their problems and how to handle parents problems.

Dislikes

I dnt like when people raise questions on my hardwork .l am dedicated to my job so I dnt like someone put questions on my efforts😉
