Salary providing timely, Right place to work Non degree holders

No Team work, lot of partiality in appraisal and right people can't get proper increments, managers working with lots of ego's, 12 hours work, if leaves the organization before bonus payment they are not entitled to a bonus amount .

Good company in regards to the steel distribution network. Leadership has aggressive plans towards the system driven company.

Lack of process. Company has to do more system oriented. Need to have standard and long term policies. Need to have capable manpower who can make company grow on expected level. There is no match with company's goal and employees behavior.
