Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high, I have work at 14_15 hours straight in day as I have attend client calls in the night and some time late night.and local people and misbehaving of doctors etc.

We have 40 people on single floor, and we are still seating too close in distance of 1 foot and we have get only one cloth mast at once and still not getting sensitiser, hospital decision power is to lack and not decided any thing in a single meeting, they are not concern of staff will get infection or not. They only concern about how staff will come and do work, also there’s no work and no patient but we have to go everyday and in risk of corona virus, because 40 people going to hospital everyday and we don’t know how and when we will get the infection..
