You cannot skip any options which gives you career growth. I’ve been in design team for more than 3years. This company has various cultural characteristics person. You’ll get close to work them. Ms.Nalina ramalakhmi is the owner of shri Harini media such a fanstastic human being with broad mind. The ambience of the company gives you more space to show your talent. We can easily balance our work life as we’re getting enough leaves because they follow only Indian calendar and Saturday/Sunday would be off always.

It’s completely a racists company where North Indian were working in high voulume, since they’re good in communication to express what they do at work whereas Tamilians are not much aware of English language.
