Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Well our company provides us all the guidance regarding COVID 19 precautions and provided face masks sanitizers to all our colleagues and our company follows strict rules for maintaining social distance. For all of us our company is like a family we all live like a family. We care for each other like a family.

Dislikes

Well, compensation is decent and growth also increases randomly. Work will be limited to our office time some times it will be more as we have to guide the material to our country from different parts of the country we have follow up the transportation. My manger is a very decent man he always care for me he always treats me in a polite manner he will always help us for growing our career
