Good company to learn lot of things.. Seniors are verry good and supportive...work culture is nice..can't say about job security because I left Shreya in just One years..good work life balance is here...

Salary issue..management is not good.. Not soo good for career growth. Lots of financial and sources issue. I left shreya in 2019 but haven't received my full and final settlement yet ..employee not getting any remarkable financial benefits..increment issues.

...y only if you don't ask hike increment if you ask for it your count down starts. Salary delayed for 4 months .Even PF is not updated from last 5 years. Travel policy is horrible it as old as of 2010 no change in the slabs Promoter uses abusive language in meeting

Work Life balance is nil, there is no space for personal life. Financial crisis due to late and untimely disbursement of salary.

Ye company bhagwanpur ki sabse gandi company h yha ka System bilkul khtam h, salary time pr nhi dete ye , pf salary se deduct hota h pr deposite nhi hota. Company se resign krne k baad salary tk nhi dete ye kuttee aur wha ka manage ment bhut ganda h

Company policy is very good,but company handling by unprofessional persons .

Delay salary , Delay EPF ,Delay F&F,No appraisal policy, huge internal corruption, CMD easily believe to corrupted employees no action taken against those corrupted employees.
