In Shreesatya Group nothing for employees benefit , no increment, no promotion, no leave facility. Owner uses abusive language. No job security. GM to Security guard anyone can be throw out any time from Office.

I am working in this company for the past 1 year and working here is like feeling at home. Our Managing Directors are such that they understand their employees more then their family. Your growth potential here is really high because of light work culture and cooperative staffs/ colleagues. my work experience in the previous company was like a nightmare and coming here in Shreesatya group Family is a blessing till now.

Just MD. Bcoz he thinks if he hire anyone he/she puppet. He love to call after office hours and even his few employees too. He don't understand that if he or anyone calls during night after 9pm or 1o pm or 11pm all have a family. He want if anyone work as EA she must be available 24x7. May if she / he travelling he want to pick ph at any cost. He is a liar. He says n promise during HOD meeting that we are team we will work,but he himself ask people to resign. He will do 2years bond but sudden he will say you may resign. Moreover his rude behaviour n super shoting quality is a big drawback. He forgets he speaking with a WOMAN. Few people from same company think himself as Mr. Bansal. He don't understand all have a family n family depends on a job. He is millionaire but not necessary all are.

Everything mainly 4 brothers. 2 brothers are doing job and earned income alot through project and all and 2 brothers are fool.He is thinking marwari kisi ka nai Marta hai.marwadi marwari ka hi Marta hai.2 Bhai pocket bhar ke baitha hai.aur 2 bansal ko kuch pata hi nai hai.Shame.

there is no work life balance , everyone plays mind games blame games there is no respect to subordinates the MDs of the company are horrible they treat their employees as pest and abuses them verbally and mentally if you are looking for a growth in your career or have long term plan dont go for this company they hire 365 days because everyone who joins the company leaves the company in a very short time the environment is hostile and there is a constant fear of loosing job , there is no promotion or increment scope no growth at all ...very hostile
