I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to tack back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there is no onjob training for freshers hence senior folks like me. Have to guide them step-by-step. Which is a pain sometimes.

I would like to mention about the free working environment, the less burden of stress and the helping nature of the colleagues in the firm. All these things were very helpful for carrying out the work of my first job.
