Very poor experience, management not good,salary delay, material won't be available on time, boss is not good

The company has significant issues, including lack of women's safety, delayed salary payments, an abusive boss, excessive workload, absence of a posh policy, and no fixed timing.I strongly advise against joining this company as they manipulate employees. They make numerous promises before you join, but once you're onboard, they fail to fulfill any of them.

All 3 directors are very selfish...they do not care for wellbeing of any staff member.. Also they do not provide appointment letters nor they settle full and final settlement.
