The Management is not at all healthy in this company.Lot of Politics are going on in the office.The behaviour of Management is not at all good.The Humiliation is much more.There is no proper infrastructure in the organization.None of the new person cannot stay more than a year. In one sentence Company can terminate anyone at anytime with invalid reason.This is a simple Autocratic based company.At the time joining no one can understand,but after that it can ne understand within one month.

Nothing to like there, the owner needs "Yes Sir" culture.

Dislikes

The owner behaviour towards internal staffs was very very rude and he think eveyone is a Donkey. He use bad languages and even take family names like maa and baap. Very unprofessional.

Very very bad exp. I had work under this organisation for 2 years no growth at all. HR and boss orieanted company.

Dislikes

Employee satisfaction not matter for this organisation. Only sales and payment oriented.
