Terrible behaviour of Principal, week management, poor quality of education, teacher not get salary, every month teachers leave, old teacher job is to target new teachers, rude behaviour of non teaching staff

There is no appreciations for your hard work;they even declared to deduct salary of teachers if some percent of students failed in the exam,they don't bother how the teacher explain they only want good marks from all children for their business; firstly they opened the school taking franchise from jaipuria then after taking good number of students admission they aren't not have any more attachment with jaipuria;just taking the name as International but not a single facility like international school;even they don't have a single smart class Room; They don't give normal holidays for the teachers; they disturb the teachers even on some somedays,there is no increment for teachers;they even don't celebrate teachers day;The Principal Ms Chandrani Banerjee often ccomes late;and assign work to the teachers,she alone never do anything,she is very rude to the teachers;insults the teachers even Infront of the students,total 42 teachers left this school within this 2years only.There is only one bathroom for lady teachers that too in downstairs;that remains unclean most of the time;Teachers have to give duty even on lunch time of only 15minutes.Principal asked the teachers to prepare lesson plan of 1.5months within one day.

It's an awesome place having good working environment as well as good management. I loved the place very much.

Dislikes

The one is I didn't like about this institution is that during pandemic they didn't give their staff full remuneration.

Likes

The work environment at Shreejee International School was very healthy and conducive for development. The staff is friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

The major factor that demotivates the employees here is extremely low increment / bonus.
