Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I like do own work because type of make machining parts in House forging part .then after machining vmc and cnc line in process complete after I will check inspection with gain our skill. Quality department working in shree ved industries India Pvt Ltd.
