I had the pleasure of working with M/s Shree Sidhi Vinayak Texcolours Ltd a yarn dyeing plant with a 400tons production capacity. The work environment is open and collaborative, allowing employees to learn and grow across different areas of the company. The owner’s hands-on approach ensures that any problem are swiftly understood and addressed.

Dislikes

One aspect I found challenging was that it’s very easy to find problems in the workplace. However, I learned that of a company provides numerous opportunities and support, we should approach these issues proactively. Instead of viewing them as a company problem, it’s more effective to treat them as our own and work towards solving them. This mindset not only helps in personal growth but also contributes to the overall success of the organisation.
