Shree shyam Designs pvt ltd is a froud Co., MD is uneducated, he don't respect employees they dont pay salary to employees and payment to vendors, contractors, suppliers and service providers, new joiner be carefull they will tell you to sign for a agreement saying that you have to pay 1000000/- 10 lakhs if you not performed well and leave the job intention is to issue legal notice by advocate and to demond amount to escape to pay salaries. I have struggled by the way and i have lodged a complaint i a Court....

... workman Behavior is third class Jew joiner be careful dont sign for agreement. You will be in trouble they will issue legal notice by lawyer to pay 10 lakhs They will not pay salary to employees and payment to suppliers For small issues they will call police to trouble you... Police and advocate paid by them

Don't have a proper timing, and over time payment, no value for safety personal, they just need a site supervisor, no weekly off, minimum you should worok in a day 12 hrs,they don't care about your cadres, you should take care of IR department job and store job sometime site engineer job with safety job.. don't have a HOD for safety so you are reporting to a general manager..
