It's a vary good platform to start a Career in the refrigeration Field as more here one can face technical challenges. So good opportunity to learn and grow refrigeration knowledge. But bludy politics.

Compensation I decent but growth is slow. Have to work 14 hrs also have service related activities although I m in design
