In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. It is basically a lead and alloy refining plant those who interested in alloy productions its good one for you it is an chemistry base but suitable for every one you have good opportunity to learn the production if you learn the complete process you have an great future it will take some months to learn the process
