From top management to bottom line every body is confused in this company.. Policies role out and after some time management itself call these back.. Role and responsibly assigns and shortly new team takes over.. Hr specially lady who heads acts as owner of company destroyed entire work culture dont know why management not replace her.. Any way strictly not recommending to be a part of this organization whose basics are made on Nepotism.

Nothing much.. initially I was quite happy with whole of a thing.. but now I have come across things that has changed my mind

So many to note down Favouritism, partiality, no proper training and imposing work load, no proper response which becomes stress ful, hard work of crm is never praised here and those who are favourite or part of a family is praised and given achievement awards.

Company vision 1000 cross but policy not implement as per other services provider company, toxic environment always support Gujrati seniors people this organisation.
