...Employees are like pet dogs. Only 10 days as govt holidays in a particular year. No leave, No PF, No Leave Encashment, No gratuity, No Bonus, No medical. Only work is main citeria.

Likes

Clean desk, Air conditioned office, Coffee and tea, Festivals and food. Learning regarding metal industry.

Dislikes

...ich is governing the company. There is a Director and mostly authoritarian rule. There can be a cut-off in salary if the work performance is not as desired. There is no job security here. People often come and fired in few weeks. They also change the criteria of your work if they feel like to. Too much insecurity for freshers. You may need to stay late untill 9pm at night. Only sunday is week off. It operate like a wholesale.

Office time 10:15 to 10 pm, employees are bound to work till 10 pm, director behavior like Hitler, he is mind swing person, what he will speck and when no body know, not good behavior with employees

There is nothing to say good, old employees are treated you badly for giving the instructions and bound to work under his instructions, there is no good or healthy work inviroment
