Product variety (Like Hydro project Components, Power sector Components fabrication, Pressure Vessels mfg.), so, learning will be multi dimensional.

Dislikes

Over pressured working, no work life balance, salary is at lower side as per working hour, over loaded, no proper policy for employee welfare, top level is final decision maker, no skill development/Training to employee, internal politics in company.
