I specifically loved to work in an environment where the hospital head is not only concerned about dealing with the patients and administration but is equally indulged and is vigilant about the overall persona development of colleagues and staff as medical service providers. The experience was more of learning order than sticking to the schedule.

Still needs expansion in terms of certain departments.
