Career growth is very slow .Hr department employees not good they not addressed new join employees policies they not looking about new employee future..after completing trainee 1 year they not give certificate ..Hr policies very very bad.they not share employees issue at management level..

The company is open to take challenges in any special processes in welding process and press shop process, because the company has build up Development dept. so much stronger. As a result the companies strength point is to do projection welding of nut more than 20,000/- per day. Also company given training related to SAP software , any Quality related documents etc. Another plus points is that if i have done any congratulated work ,then senior authority will appretiate me by mails and messages.

As the companies customres are more, i have to attend customer complaints at any time. If i am going to give any requirements related to gauges, then i am not getting it on time.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
