The salary. That's it. The managers are creating an environment where the people with wfh profile, who were there since the beginning of the covid times and supported the company when it was literally in its growing stage, they have no other option than to resign.

Dislikes

Managers don't have the required professional etiquette to handle a team, also the promotions are based off on the place where the employee resides or belongs from (Bangalorians) to be exact.

I liked it when I left the organization. Salary was always on time.

Dislikes

More often than not a lot of employees were expected to work from office on Sundays too with no extra pay for that as well as they expected us to work from 9am-9pm. The work timings were initially 9-7 what they told the employees and on paper it was 9-6. Company suffered a lot because of the obsolete nature of the father and erratic micro management of his son. Endless amount of lies to the employees and buyers.
