Poor quality network, less skilled bosses. Only lobby people surviving and growing. Weak culture. Can't move from headquarter even on weekends. 8 am daily concall for 1 - 1.5 hour for only sales projection. Work till 10/11 pm.

Good company and culture and management are also good . Job security is not say by me, it is seure your job.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,

Good culture opration is the best part in my job and co- workers are good fun work place with supportive management

Great learning culture or salary hike is okay but there promotion criteria are not appropriate .corporate politics is also a big issues in the workplace
