Great learning culture or salary hike is okay but there promotion criteria are not appropriate .corporate politics is also a big issues in the workplace

salary, promotion, work culture, and working hours are all horrible. also if you can sacrifice your personal life than you can join

They provide meal at office at reasonable rate.

Dislikes

Company is not employee oriented. There is no Work culture & job security. Salary increment & promotion very slow i.e. salary increment is 5% & promotion done in 4 to 5 years. Work pressure is very higher although no timing fix for outgoing from office to home. No compensation leave provision there. No laptop facility. Parents is also not add in health mediclaim policy.

Office staff are good. Plant location good. Salary time se mil jati hai.

Office staff good but not satisfy. Staff se paisa ke mamle me katuti jayada hota hai. Reliving ke liye bahut Rona hai. App kuchh bhi karlo reliving 3 month se pahle nahi mil sakti or aap agar aage company ko kisi tarah se 3 month ka approval le bhi lete hai to es 3 month me agar koi leave liye to relieving age extend kr diya jayega aise me apka job offers expire ho jayega or aap kahi ke nHi rahoge isliye shree join krna bevkoofi hai... Shree system note follow nahi krti apana marji follow krti hai. So aap sab se request hai ki shree join krne se pahle ye sab clear ho jaye kaskar shree East zone me.

Good environment for working. People are friendly and supporting nature.

Dislikes

Very less employee benefits, like bouns, very late promotion, growth very slow in salary. Increment 7 to 8 percentage average per annum.
