The company is culture and nurture to off role employed like as on roll employee. No particular differentiation. our respective ASM of Raichur zone Karnataka Shri Anwar Basha Sir was very helpful and kind nature while pandemic was at top. Sir was looking after personally. It's all game played by superior and putting all effort by low level employees the company should take smart work but nt to go for hard work.

Poor quality network, less skilled bosses. Only lobby people surviving and growing. Weak culture. Can't move from headquarter even on weekends. 8 am daily concall for 1 - 1.5 hour for only sales projection. Work till 10/11 pm.

Nothing here to like, wrost work culture, only chatu employee gets promoted. Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,
