Recently Management has been changed hence employees layoff is continue no proper vision MD has appointed his own relative in higher post but they don't have the quality even Manager, and they are taking full advantage even spending 4 hours at home during lunch but any other employee can't go home for lunch. All the shree culture, brand has been made toxic by new management. Owner should take interest to save the reputation of group.

The company is culture and nurture to off role employed like as on roll employee. No particular differentiation. our respective ASM of Raichur zone Karnataka Shri Anwar Basha Sir was very helpful and kind nature while pandemic was at top. Sir was looking after personally. I was so relaxed after he ask about me n my family and help mantally by motivation financially by even small seek comes. Thanks Anwar sir Thanks Shree cement Ltd.

...the Company no allowance to off role employee. Discount structure to dealer. Salary structure to employ individuals

It's all game played by superior and putting all effort by low level employees the company should take smart work but nt to go for hard work.

Compensation is descent but growth is very slow and the work pressure is very high.sometime the superior gives the high pressure on ground level employees.

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,

Good culture opration is the best part in my job and co- workers are good fun work place with supportive management

Great learning culture or salary hike is okay but there promotion criteria are not appropriate .corporate politics is also a big issues in the workplace
