Nothing. I work in Shree Balaji Roadlines for one year but company and management are third-class. Dont Join SBR because no personal growth and satisfaction also.

1.No Salary on time. Salary will be released after 10th of every month and if that day is holiday then next working day. 2.No Increment 3.No Work balance 4.No Growth 5. If compnay think they directly left employee without giving opportuninity of being heard.

There is nothing to like , NO bonus , No salary increment , No off for holidays even independance day & Maharashtra day or diwali .

Covid19 period Shree Balaji Roadlines can't give work from home and also not give salary. I give my best but company not give me best support.

My 3 year 4 month working period only one time payment increment given by this company no Diwali Bonus received from this company. No rules and regulations this company.

I M WORKING AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE IN SHREE BALAJI ROADLINES .I M ENJOYING MY WORK. I HANDLED ALL TRANSPORTATION AND RELATED VICAT SAGAR CEMENT WORK.

I HAVE 19 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPORTATION FIELD,BUT SALARY IS GIVEN SO MUCH POOR. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 15 HOURS IN A DAY.MEDICAL ALLOWNACE, PETROL ALLOWNCE NOT GIVEN BY COMPANY.NO FACILITY OF CORPORATE OFFICE. HARD WORK.
