I M WORKING AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE IN SHREE BALAJI ROADLINES .I M ENJOYING MY WORK. I HANDLED ALL TRANSPORTATION AND RELATED VICAT SAGAR CEMENT WORK.

I HAVE 19 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPORTATION FIELD,BUT SALARY IS GIVEN SO MUCH POOR. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 15 HOURS IN A DAY.MEDICAL ALLOWNACE, PETROL ALLOWNCE NOT GIVEN BY COMPANY.NO FACILITY OF CORPORATE OFFICE. HARD WORK.

SBR management is very poor they removes his employee without notice period and without specific reasons. There is too much politics in senior staff.very very bad experience & some senior officer is bossing on juniors like he buyed their whole life .
