No growth. They will prefer to hire a outsider for a certain Position but they never promote a deserving Candidate. That’s why I also left ..working almost after 5 years

There is lot of politics in between hospital staff and in gurd . Specially the another supervisor which name is Anil he think he is the owner of the hospital
