Job insecurity used to terminate most of the employees , salary , and TA is as per achievement where target is not realistic as per their product strengths, poor product which is not acceptable in market as compared to competitors, top management is very incompetent and incapable and they does not have any knowledge of consumer finance industry.. in short pathetic culture

...'t spoil your career . Especially who is having commitment pls don't join here .they will give high salary beyond your expectation but there is no job security anytime they will give PIP and you will be suddenly jobless.
