Being a Manager, I’ve found People at floor level are good, working without saying anything even after they’re being exploited poorly (which I’ve tried my level best not to and have faces consequences)

... worst here. People at store are not treated with respect and dignity. Where people are made to work like donkeys and the seniors with lakhs and lakhs of salary just look at there watch and leave. - Time boundness is for store people, sometime due to lateness staffs are stopped to enter the store or gate, humiliated but the same time bound doesn’t apply to the person earning in lakhs, he can go out in anytime he wants, take his car and take physio therapy during office hours, nobody knows where he is if he is not available in store, come out of the blue and then leaves for home. - No Culture.

There is huge work pressure with zero support from Unit head. Even if you are on your week off the very next day UH will make you feel that you have done some crime. There is absolutely no plan or helping hand or even minimum support from any of the snr. Colleague.

The only good thing about the company is that they release the salary on the last working day of the month.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance. 2. Work pressure is tremendous, and the teams are extremely lean. 3. There is Little to no appreciation for the hard work employees put in. 4. Appraisals are terrible. 5. Toxic culture and politics. 6. Favouritism at its peak. Privileges are given to select few.

As company management has recently changed so many unwanted pressure are coming in frame. Culturally good company. One can work here for lifetime only if he/she is coming from financially rich background. Because worst part is the salary. Firstly salary is pathetic. Growth opportunities are there but that growth will soon become curse when one will see salary slip. Good place for beginners to learn. But one promotion within 2 years and jump to another company probably the best strategy to work here.

If you get a good employee caring manager then it is like the best retail sector job...if you will get bad manager then life will be horrible..the best part of this is work-life balance and job satisfaction
