I like to became cashier because annual once company will increase salary.when I was cashier they are increasing up to 2000 thousand.i became finance and accounts only company as increased 365rs I am not company happy with this salary in accounts team.again shoppers shop gave chance means I like to go for operation team.

...lture are same as other retailers( Max, Reliance etc.) Job security is very bed. HR management behaviour not good and salary, incentive etc issue always pending.

Now a days shoppers stop has back behind the cost cutting in all terms ...totally staffs are not engaging in there benefit..
