There is huge work pressure with zero support from Unit head. Even if you are on your week off the very next day UH will make you feel that you have done some crime. There is absolutely no plan or helping hand or even minimum support from any of the snr. Colleague.

As company management has recently changed so many unwanted pressure are coming in frame. Culturally good company. One can work here for lifetime only if he/she is coming from financially rich background. Because worst part is the salary. Firstly salary is pathetic. Growth opportunities are there but that growth will soon become curse when one will see salary slip. Good place for beginners to learn. But one promotion within 2 years and jump to another company probably the best strategy to work here.

The company was good until lockdown and covid19. There was job security, good salary but now the company is laying down employees at all level. Growth opportunities were there now everything is uncertain. I am one of the employees who has lost his job.

Politics and job security now. Everything is uncertain and company changes its policy very often.

We are not used our cl and pl after 31st march. Either company pay money for cl and pl which was lapse or give the order to take leave.

I enjoy working with the people who come from different cultural background..all very good people to work with ..work culture is good but not innovative or adaptive to modern trends ..

... company is changing and so as the process ..your hard work never counts here ..such a horrible place to work in terms of your salary,perks etc ..
