Overall job experience was great, modiji banned the business in India now. One can have a good salary with OT allowance. Work culture was great.

Dislikes

Sometimes long working hours, management was not very supportive.

Likes

The high level managers can not speak in English and they will hire English speaking engineers from all over the world. The mid level managers take advantage of this situation. For years they don't do any work, and in a given situation if anything goes wrong due to mismanagement, then they will shift the the blame to engineers where engineers have nothing to do. Mid level manager will pressure you and threat you. They know higher level manager won't give you chance to show the reality, your opinion and perspective will not be visible to higher managers. Eventually they will fire you, to hide their mistakes. I have never seen in life such unethical and unfair work culture. Its called scapegoating.

Dislikes

...hey don't hesitate to lie and deceive which is pretty much unethical and unfair. The company pay scale must be very low, because I saw company HR is working as a fitness trainer in another company which is 30 minutes away from Shopee office building, and she is doing classes during lunch time, classes in the evening, she hardly do any work in office I guess. She is doing 2 fitness classes as a fitness trainer on the same day she is attending office also. I personally know this lady is a big lier and always very cranky, shee threat others with her hostile attitude so that everyone be afraid of her

I liked that it looked simple and easy to use.

Dislikes

I dislike the people recruiting for you. They don't answer your questions. You are expected to pay to complete tasks, and they don't care if you don't have the money to pay. They then accuse you of not being an English speaker and using a script and translating. Then, you can't even withdraw the money you have earned.
