Best company for technical people located at trivandrum office. Worse company for Bangalore teams

Technicl teams get good bonus payouts , outing drips, lunches, entertainment. no learning no appraisal no payouts no support for customer facing teams

Nothing great about the company - team outings are not there. Office provides free coffee and chips.

Dislikes

Company Management (Co-Founders, Top Execs) look down on other employees. The co-founders have different thought process and they often try to manage things in their own way. This ends up confusing people. CEO superimposes his ideas on everyone, talks mostly negative and treat people badly. Keeps threatening people about firing them - Sales is not stable, team attrition too high in sales and customer care. They've not been able to raise any money after Series A - not many investors are interested in it.

1. They are pretty flexible with the log in-log out. 2. It's a hybrid model, with 3 days in office but if needed you can work from home.

Dislikes

1. There is too much micromanagement. 2. The management team is disrespectful.
