Good work environment and culture. But management of the team leader is not the transperant. And he is unable to take decisions on his own. Company policies are good but they are not being used properly.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company paid salary on time and culture is good like very frankly, Management is also good everybody are supportive to eachother, Company policies are very easy for every employee and helpful, I think and I suggest to everyone that it's a good environment for a job like a family company also very helped in corona period no deduction in salary like others.

The level of knowledge which you can get from their is good. They can teach any one fresher also ehat they have to do and how that will be done.

No compensation, no job security , zero work life balance
