The worst thing I would say is low salary structure, no job security, impatient and unreal expectations from freshers. And sometimes poor behaviour from the senior people that may include your personal life and also impact work life balance

Environment is good. Support from management.

Dislikes

Salary is the lowest in the region. Teaching skills are not at all acknowledged. Too much politics, new staff don’t have a say. Lots of yes men in between.

Top management doesn't respect different opinions and insights instead disrespects the one raising their concern for the morally right matter. The management is extremely money minded and would give attention to a child if they are doing donations. Students of girls hostel are constantly harrassed for fees of next semester 3 months in advance and the girls even get calls from the GHS office in midnight. The university administration turns a blind eye to such cases.

Nothing, totally wastage of time.. U learn nothing except how to argue with people and make them fool..

Dislikes

People who are hired as acedemic counsellors are from totally different background.. Those who can not guide themselves how to make use of their degrees are guiding students.. What a sarcasm
