Salary incriment is fix of any qualification and any time duration of work experience. Not given medical facilities for family . Not given room allowance & incentive .

...e as there is no work in the company and the employees are not paid every month. It is the first company in my knowledge which does not pay its employees and the H.R. does not bother about its employees.

Dislikes

1. There is no H.R. in the organization. The employees performs the role of recruiter as well as part- time H.R. in the organization. 2. Employees did not get their salaries every month. 3. Less work pressure as there is very less work in the organization. Moreover, majority of the employees are not utilised by the organization. 4. The organization does not give release letter to its ex-employees. 5. Management does not bother and is indifferent to its employees.

Likes

They are soft spoken and not hard to employee. But never take the responsibility of the employee. Shomuk Engineering hr was really very nice person.

Dislikes

Of course currently working employee never say bad but You can as the above question to every x employee, you'll get only slang. They don't even not giving the of clearance.
