Nothing to be like about this company, worst kind of senior staff and company management. Very Cheap kind of politics in this company and especially at Palghar site. Worst work culture, long working hours even on weekends that too without any basic facilities.

Delayed salaries from more than 2-3 months, The Project Manager Mr. Raghvendra singh of Palghar site is very arrogant, rude, unsupportive towards the team members. The Project manager takes bribe from the sub contractors for clearing their bills and that's why he supports them the most. As well as worst kind of work culture and work life in this Company.

Salaries are Delayed for more than 2 months, The Palghar Project have the Most Toxic work Environment Ever, employees are Forced to Work for more than 14 hours even on Sundays, GM and DGM use abusive languages with other engineers and staff members, The Project Manager supports the Sub Contractors and don't care about his own employees, No Proper work ethics and work Culture. If anyone willing to join this company don't ever join if you wanna make your life terrible especially the Palghar Project. There you would be under a worst Boss ( project manager)

Accept the Companies MD as he is Supportive Every Superior Employee There is to be dislike Very unprofessional behaviour and Company is Paying Some of the Employees Huge Amount Without any Work They Just Rome Here and There That's it and Nothing in their Work and those who are Working Genuinely They Don't Support them Very Bad politics. Some Staff There Behave Like its there Fathers Company and Behave like that to other employees by Rude language .
