My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The work there is good where they work on web development, nice place for a fresher

Dislikes

...t platform but the world is moving ahead and they are only with c# and .net yet. There is no work life balance and they will somehow make you work round the clock but very very less pay. With the pay we have here it only gets spent for petrol and vehicle service. Not a good working environment. people lack in communication and the boss is not bothered at all. With 5+ years company only has 13 people. They must bring big business or widen the working domain.
