Good for fresher engineer who is willing to work hard for learning technical skills. They have strong technical team, employees help each other. They do demanding projects which requires experience and expertise in the area.

Dislikes

Promotors think they own the employees. No job security. No proper calculation of salary and over time done. Always suspicious of employees, if they think that any employee is looking for other job they will fire that employee by any reason. Some of the employees are pampered like their own child such account and admin personal. Owner who handles salary is non technical person who cannot judge technical skills. Owner who handles technical projects doesn't know about employees salary. High level of politics in company.

Likes

Being my first company, I learned alot about the Marine industry, Office culture, technicalities, etc. Made a lot of contacts, gained alot of experience.

Dislikes

Their lack of ability to keep their promises, indirect discouragement to grow in the company, acceptance to hire mediocrity
