The company provides an opportunity to work under artificial pressure and learn how to do office politics. The managers are experienced and capable to do anything without time, but they often hold themselves back (even during telling what to do) to give youngsters a chance to earn by recruiting them. The company is better than having no job at all. cons applicable for design department only.

office timings 9.30am-6.15pm(when there is no manager) 9.30am-7.15pm(average no overtime pay)9.30am-10.00pm(maximum no overtime pay). Managers are getting paid to keep you under artificial pressure, constantly humiliate, criticize and pester you while working, they won't give you proper time and input to finish the work (and criticize you if you made any mistakes). they won't let you learn & won't let you grow. they are very good at blaming others for their mistakes. You can only be free in lunch hours (30 mins) in above mentioned time. In 2023 5 people have left the company in the design team of 6 (4 of them worked around 1 year and 1 worked for 2 weeks).

Only draftsman work (just stretching enough), if you are experience person avoiding this company is better until there is no other options. They treat you like shit so choose carefully.
