Over all very good. Can implement any new concepts and co-operation and motivation by Sr.Management in all levels of implementations. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Management always recognize right people. Over all 30 years experience of mine, i worked 1/4 th of tenure in this company. comparatively rest of the experience this is excellent in my carrier.

1) 1stly residence problem is not good. 2) all persons are living at a room. 3) not maintained time & table. 4) specially service department person residence is not specific. all service person compromise to live with sales person. 5) camp not desided permanently. 2 days this camp, 3 days next camp, 4 days next camp so not easy.
