if you want work -life relational,then this company is best . no overwork and need of doing new activities. it provide good exposure of 4-wheeler customer specially for MSIL .that help in future growth

no growth of salary because company is working with negative profit. shivani locks manufacturing automobile locking system so any two competitor exist in NCR Jay ushin and AISIN .

Management work is very poor. Employee have to wait for salary for 10-15 days. Also they are deducting the salary from casual worker every month.

Good working system and management, excellent Quality and maintenance departments and Good seniors who helps us for any type of problems and they understand what we need.

There are very bad Security management they are very selfish and bad behavior, salary is very less, there are hire for Training not helping for career growth.

...ding upon joining date, that too without any arrears. There's full job security. Relatives of some people get full salary literally without doing anything. Come only if you r getting good salary and plan to leave in 6 months, otherwise you'll regret.

1. Appraisal in 3 years without arrears. 2. No value of hard work. Everyone gets same 3 yr increment whether they do anything or not. Even people who don't have technical skills and don't do anything get more promotions.
