...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Employees are helpful and they will help you in every scenario. As this is a small finance Bank , you have to wear multiple hats at a time and it comes with great learning and responsibilities.

Although the role is good, salary is on lower side as compared to Probationary officer of other banks. As this is a small finance Bank work load is more as compared to other big banks.

Not much popular in city and market. we have to sale a product of the banking and opening account with essential services. and the benefits was not good the conveyance was in proper rs 3500 first to three month that the conveyance was good then they doing the decution from the 3500 of rs 1500 every month and they doing compare the benefits from the day sale how we have achieved the sale in a day and month .

0% appraisal Compare between employee with same rating one employee got the appraisal but rest employee 0. Without any training they expect 100% work Without any failure . No work life balance They are pressurize to work any condition
