Pharma is good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and policies are very good, they give food , salary hike and bonous every year.

There is no man power what's so ever and you have to do overtimes and there are no benifits like overtime compensation and etc. benfites wise the company is zero hence I strongly recommend not to join.. sometimes we can't take week of that kind of hectic job they provide.

Plant design and investment is good

Quality practices and Site Head behavior. Dahej doesn't have Hydrogenator at site and this equipment is used in production of molecules filed in CEP. No documents available too regarding this and expect QA team to defend it in audit mentioning it is management decision. One of the product is not manufactured at all and filed in DMF. Mixing of batches, standard using as sample is very common.

Don't like anything there because there is no use of knowledge there. The one whose designation is there he does not get the job but someone else gets it , if the potential is there then it is fine but without potential it is not right.

Dislikes

No high facility for Employees. Increments procedure is also not correct. Forces the manager to do Data integrity. I can still prove this. There should be a dress code for Employees. There should be proper utilization of Employees.
