Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

I wasn't joined this company, after cleared the interview owner said, your offer letter will sent on your registered email id in 2 days and said many times, you are selected but after the days, there is no response from the company and no any person pick my phone. I was wasted my time from 10 am to 04 PM for Interview process, many times owner call in cabin and final interview was also scheduled with chartered Accountant on same day but after that all become zero.

Dislikes

I think this company has no ethics, People of the company cannot understand humanities of person, i want to say, if you have two option for interview, one from h Shivalik Buildtech and one from another organization then go for another option first.

Company is good for the point of fresher ... But job security is not at all..work culture is too good and management also helpful....in other hand company policies is not good
