Management worst, especially Jaque franze spoiling this property, giving 50% salary to evry staff, salary getting very late after 20 everymonth, can't take food without coupon, food quality totaly worst, no many employees benifits or facilities etc...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Nothing senior management needs to be improved because there is no way to like anything

Property is so so good. Nice ambiance. Decor looks like maharaja. Good helipad there.

All the time only back office order 😒 when I working in the place I always feel like i am selected for back office not for a guest. i would like to say you all go there once time and feel what exactly happen if you have extra time in your life. There was a lot of designation to operate to hotel but no one manager have rights to take a decision directly. Department also not a department 😴. after 2 years I didn't get any kind of joining offer letters etc... I never say it was too bad but my experience was this as a favorite staff. A lot of time management was so bad. Casually says 🤪 lala ji ka hotel..

while working with shiv vilas over all experience was not good. Company don't stay at their commitment

After joining of 2-3 months suddenly company say to sign on contract for 2-3 years it's not good if company policy is like this then they should inform to the employees before joining
