...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...hinkers.The work culture promotes pupil's voice and respects a variety of views. Nonetheless, compensation is one of the best in the education sector.Professional development is given prime importance and allows each individual to nurture and flourish.

The work pressure is high and there are times when we carry back work home.

... very good. Job is secured if you perform well as per management's expectations. Salary and other benefits are really good.

Later lot of internal politics had crept into the organisation. Rather than advancing existing faculty external hires with limited experience lead to a lot of dissatisfaction. There is a little to no work life balance

Best work place. Good coordination between higher authorities and team leads. I left the school because I was personally not comfortable with teaching. Otherwise, a wonderful school with long term vision. Work culture is good with roots in empathy. I was part of computer science team and I am sure that the curriculum of this school is the best. Right now, I am in a top university of India and if I compare, the grade 6 students of Shiv Nadar have more knowledge of robotics/ app development as compared to a second year b.tech student.
