Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. My exprience in shiv enterprises is very good i was working as an accountant there shiv enterprises do export import work there i have learned a lot contacted with dealer talked to them and took orders from them then sell them products Also done accounting work
